These terms apply to all users (individuals and companies) using The $cript platform.

02 — Services

ANYPROYES SRL provides hospitality-related services through The $cript:

• 1:1 mentorship (hospitality careers)
• Intensive hospitality crash course
• Staff training (B2B)
• Hospitality audits
• Business consulting
• Live events and workshops
• Digital products (guides, educational materials)

All services are delivered by an international trainer with 25+ years of experience.

03 — Pricing

• Prices are in EUR and may include VAT
• Prices may change without notice
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Currency conversion is handled by the client’s bank
• Invoices are issued at the confirmed transaction value

04 — Orders

• Select service
• Fill in details
• Pay via Stripe
• Receive confirmation email
• Contact within 24–48h for scheduling

Orders may be refused in exceptional cases with full refund.

B2B services are based on custom offers and contracts.

05 — Payments & Refunds

• Full details in dedicated policies
• Withdrawal period: 17 calendar days

06 — Liability

• Services are educational and consulting-based
• No guarantee of job or income
• Liability limited to service value
• No responsibility for external technical issues
• Client must provide correct data and stable internet

07 — Usage Restrictions

• Services are personal and non-transferable
• Recording or redistribution is forbidden
• Digital content is copyright protected

08 — Force Majeure

No liability for external events (pandemics, disasters, conflicts, etc.).
Rescheduling or refunds may apply.

09 — Applicable Law

• Romanian and EU law applies
• Disputes resolved amicably or in Romanian courts (Brăila)
• For the purpose of out-of-court dispute settlement, consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity – SAL.

10 — Amendments

Terms may be updated anytime.
The version valid at the time of purchase applies.
