Who is responsible for your data

thescript.ro (The ∞ $cript) is run by ANYPROYES S.R.L., CUI 33611809, Trade Register no. J2014000476097, Brăila, Romania. For anything about your data write to contact@thescript.ro.

What we collect and why

Career assessment and contact forms: the answers and contact details you type in, so we can reply and prepare your guidance. Newsletter and guides: your name and email, only if you sign up, so we can send the emails you asked for; you can unsubscribe in any email. Bookings and orders: the details needed to schedule a session or deliver what you bought. Card details are entered with the payment provider and never reach or stay on this website.

The legal grounds are your consent (newsletter, optional cookies), taking steps at your request or performing our agreement with you (assessment, booking, order), and our legal obligations (invoices and accounting records).

Who helps us

Our website is hosted in Romania. Form answers, emails and payments are processed by the service providers we use for forms, email sending and payments; some of them may store data outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR requires (such as standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose: newsletter data until you unsubscribe; assessment and contact messages while we are in contact with you and then deleted; accounting records for the period Romanian law requires.

Cookies

See our Cookie Policy. Optional cookies are used only with your consent.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@thescript.ro. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
